Look no further as this is why God invented our JIM DANDY zinc plated steel beach scoops. A precision stamped steel basket goes through sand like the scoop had no bottom, while the steel mesh captures even the smallest coins or jewelry. Quick target recovery means more treasure and stand up recovery means less fatigue. These scoops are available with a hand grip attached to the basket, a 10 inch handle, a 28 inch handle, or with a dual length handle. All the scoops are made of  18 gauge cold rolled steel, are5 inches in diameter, and 9 inches long.

The Sand Witch    Flies Through Sand Made in the USA

These rugged steel sand scoops are designed to skim the surface picking up targets for detectorist or debris from the surface of the sand with minimal penetration. For beach or playground maintenance they are perfect for removing trash, broken glass, cigarette butts, oil soaked sand, or tar while allowing clean sand to pass through. The Sand Witch is designed with a wide flat cutting surface to maximize surface coverage and minimize digging. They are available with a 10 inch handle or a 28 inch handle with a comfortable foam grip. The opening is 5 1/4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall, weighs only 28 ounces with the 10 inch handle. These are normally zinc plated steel but are available in stainless steel and aluminum. They can also be powder coated red, blue, or safety orange by special request.

THE BUCCANEER SAND SCOOP (#706)

This sand scoop’s sifting basket is 5" in diameter. Strong 1/2" wire welded screen is brazed to the bucket. The handle is 14" long & brazed to the bucket at a 20° pull angle. This angle makes it easy to dig in sand. A soft rubber hand grip is placed at the end of the handle for comfort. A great scoop to use in both wet and dry sand. Easy to use and lightweight. This new scoop has a 5" diameter sifting basket. The long handle slides into the short handle & is secured with a spring clip. The long handle also adjusts in 4 positions. These handles are made of anodized aluminum. The long handle extension has a rubber hand grip for comfort. The short handle also has a rubber hand grip. This scoop can be used with either the adjustable handles attached or with the short handle scoop. Long handle fully extended is about 40" long. Here is our new style aluminum water scoop. It is a light duty shallow water and beach scoop. The aluminum bucket has 5/8" diameter holes punched into the sides and the back of the scoop. The bucket of the sand scoop is 5" in diameter by 9" long. The aluminum 1-1/4" diameter handle is welded to the top of at a 20 degree so you can use your foot on the back of this scoop to push it into the sand. The scoop handle comes apart in the middle of the handle for traveling in a suitcase. There is a top reinforced aluminum bar to give this scoop some durability. SUPER MAGNET for your Sand Scoop

These surplus magnets have a tremendous amount of energy for their size which is 1 1/4 inches long, 3/4" wide and 7/16" high. They attach themselves inside any steel sand scoop and snag any iron present. This magnet attached to a steel digging tool can easily pick up a 25 pound steel ball.
